Our Story

VoltMobility was founded in 2014 in Amsterdam, at a time when commercial EV charging infrastructure in the Netherlands was still in its early stages. What began as a small consulting practice has grown into a full-service team that has guided hundreds of companies through fleet electrification and charging deployments.

From day one, our approach has been practical: no technology for its own sake, no overpromising. We assess your operations, model real costs, design infrastructure that fits your sites, and stay involved long after installation. That mindset has carried us through more than 1,500 charging station installations and over 300 fleet transitions.

Today we work with logistics companies, retail groups, municipalities, and individual drivers who want clear, honest guidance on going electric.

From a two-person consultancy to a team serving clients across the Netherlands.

2014

VoltMobility is founded in Amsterdam as an EV adoption consultancy for local businesses.

2017

We complete our first large commercial charging deployment: 24 stations for a logistics depot in the port area.

2020

Our in-house monitoring and maintenance platform launches, enabling 24/7 support for all client sites.

2023

The team passes 1,000 installed charging stations and expands route and energy planning services nationwide.

Today

A multidisciplinary team of consultants, certified installers, and support engineers continues to grow with our clients.
